Imperium is a Latin word which in a broad sense translates roughly as “power to command” and today Vlad Rusu is calling the shots.
Hailing from Romania, Vlad Rusu slowly but surely started to build his name as a producer, releasing original tracks and recently entering the world of sample packs, producing the popular “Ultimate EDM Drops” series.
